Services are provided on a credit-based or subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibility — Copyright & Intellectual Property

By uploading an image to our services, you represent and warrant that:

4. AI-Generated Patterns — Disclaimer

⚠️ AI Limitation Notice: AI generation is probabilistic by nature. Results vary between generations and are not guaranteed to be 100% stitch-perfect.

The crochet patterns generated by our AI-powered tools are produced by machine learning algorithms and are provided strictly "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we continuously improve our AI models, we cannot guarantee that:

  • Generated patterns will be entirely error-free
  • Stitch counts will always be mathematically perfect

5. User Conduct

  • Use the services to generate patterns from copyrighted works you do not own or have permission to use
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Site or its servers
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Site
  • Share, resell, or redistribute your account credentials

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Make It Sew Crochet and its owners, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or its services, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated patterns, service interruptions, data loss, or copyright disputes arising from user-uploaded content.

We stand behind the quality of our AI-powered tools. All subscription payments and one-time credit purchases are final, but we offer a Satisfaction-First Guarantee.

How It Works

  1. Report the issue: Submit a detailed support request through our Support Center explaining the problem with the generated pattern, including what went wrong and your expectations.
  2. We review: Our team reviews each refund request individually. Valid reasons include: AI service failures preventing pattern generation, persistent incorrect stitch counts across multiple generations, or technical issues that prevented you from accessing paid features.
  3. Resolution: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

🔴 Important — Before initiating a bank chargeback: Please contact us first via our Support Center. Chargebacks create significant operational costs and may result in permanent account suspension. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues fairly — give us the opportunity to make it right before involving your bank.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Credits that have been fully consumed (generated or scaled patterns)
  • One-time PDF purchases after the PDF has been delivered
  • Subscription periods where premium features were actively used
  • Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the initial purchase

PART C — GENERAL PROVISIONS

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and its services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms, including filing unwarranted chargebacks without first contacting our support team.
