All subscription plans (Crochet Pro and Creator Pro) are backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

2. Credit Usage Condition

Refunds are only available if you have not consumed any premium generation credits during your subscription period. Once AI generation credits have been used to produce patterns, the purchase becomes non-refundable due to the significant server and AI processing costs we incur on your behalf.

This means:

• If you upgrade to a paid plan but do not use any premium features or generation credits, you qualify for a full refund within 7 days.
• If you have used any premium generation credits (even a single pattern generation or scaling operation), the purchase is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
• One-time PDF purchases ($1.99) are non-refundable once the PDF has been delivered or the Stripe checkout session has been completed.
