At Make It Sew Crochet, every product we sell is a digital service delivered instantly: the moment you pay, your credits are added to your account and unlock AI pattern generation.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases — the $27.99 Hobbyist one-time unlock and extra credit top-ups — are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or trials, and there is no money-back guarantee period. You bought it, you own it.
This is possible because our credits are built to be risk-free in practice rather than refundable on paper:
- Credits never expire — buy once and use them whenever you like, at any pace.
- Failed generations never cost a credit. If the AI fails to produce a usable pattern, the credit is automatically returned to your balance (a service credit, not a cash refund).
- No subscription. Nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel.
2. Before You Buy
The $27.99 unlock includes 30 generation credits (3 credits = 1 complete pattern), every premium feature, a commercial-use license, and free access to all published free patterns so you can judge the output quality for yourself before paying. Please review the pricing page and these terms carefully — if anything is unclear, email us and we will answer before you buy.
3. If Something Breaks
A final-sale policy does not mean abandoned customers. If a technical failure on our side prevents you from accessing paid features, contact support: we will fix the issue or restore missing credits. Credit adjustments are the remedy for service issues — not cash refunds.

4. Purchases Made Through Digistore24
Orders processed through our Digistore24 checkout are completed under Digistore24's standard purchase terms as merchant of record. Because this product is sold as a final-sale digital item, no return period applies to these orders.
5. Subscription Cancellations (Legacy Plans)
A small number of legacy members still hold monthly subscription plans. Those can be cancelled at any time from your Stripe billing portal or by contacting us — cancellation stops all future charges at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a bank chargeback — we resolve genuine technical issues quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
